Sam Simpson

Sam is no stranger to the Southern Highlands and Tablelands corridor, having grown up and gone to school in Bowral. Spending most of his working life involved in the agricultural industry, foremost running sheep and cattle on his properties at both Cowra and Yass, Sam has developed a strong work ethic which he brings to the real estate industry. Combining his passion for real estate and farming and having been involved with the buying and selling process personally, Sam believes he has developed a high level of insight and empathy towards anybody entering into the emotive issue of either purchasing or selling. He has a thorough knowledge of the local land type, livestock and property market and also has extensive experience in the local residential market
